1 Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to:

3 Your Account

You are solely responsible for:

4 Payments & Refunds

Payments: Payments are processed securely using the payment methods made available on our website at the time of checkout. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.

All prices displayed on SMM Spot are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, banking charges, or payment provider fees.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. SMM Spot reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order that is reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of our services, or violation of these Terms.

• A duplicate payment has been successfully verified.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Changes in customer requirements after an order has been placed.
• Expected fluctuations or reductions in engagement after successful delivery where a refill service is available.

Customers agree to contact SMM Spot before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, additional action where permitted by applicable law, and permanent restriction from future use of our services.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the order date through our Contact Page.

5 Prohibited Conduct

By using SMM Spot, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or governmental requirement.
• Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Impersonate another person, business, or organization.
• Place orders for accounts, content, or resources that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Upload, distribute, or promote illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content through our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, APIs, databases, or user accounts.

• Abuse refund requests, refill requests, promotional offers, discount programs, or loyalty benefits.

• Resell, redistribute, or provide commercial access to our services without our prior written authorization or an approved reseller agreement.

SMM Spot reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently ban accounts involved in prohibited conduct without prior notice.

Where appropriate, we may cancel affected orders, withhold account balances pending investigation, refuse future transactions, or cooperate with payment providers and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6 Delivery & Results

SMM Spot strives to begin and complete orders within the estimated delivery time displayed for each service. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on service availability, platform conditions, and other operational factors.

Delivery may be delayed or affected due to, including but not limited to:

• High order volume or temporary service maintenance.
• Private, suspended, restricted, or deleted target accounts.
• Changes in third-party platform algorithms, policies, or rate limits.
• Technical issues affecting service providers or infrastructure.

Where applicable, eligible services include a refill guarantee as described on the service page. Refill requests may be submitted through your account dashboard within the applicable refill period.

SMM Spot does not guarantee permanent results. Engagement, visibility, or other metrics may change over time due to actions taken by third-party platforms or factors beyond our reasonable control.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the SMM Spot website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SMM Spot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content available on our website.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMM Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to:

• Your access to or use of our services.
• Delays, interruptions, or inability to access our platform.
• Actions, policies, or enforcement decisions of third-party platforms.
• Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

• Pending orders may be cancelled where appropriate.
